Return or Exchange an Item

Customer satisfaction is always the top priority of BeFlurify. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact our customer service via email first, the email is service@beflurify.com. We will reply as soon as possible within 1-2 working days.

We only accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. Please contact us to check the status of your order and see if your order can be cancelled.

After canceling the reservation within 2-3 working days, you will get a full refund, using the original payment method. Please note that if the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order because our product is already in transit.

Return of standard products without quality problems

We accept the return of standard products without quality problems. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item received. The original packaging must also be used. We also require you to provide a purchase receipt or certificate.

After we receive your returned item, we will only refund your original purchase price without postage. If you have any questions, please contact us via email first at service@beflurify.com.

All our products are manufactured after careful production and strict inspection. However, an unknown accident may occur during transportation, causing slight damage to the product. If you have any quality problems with your product, please first contact us via email at service@beflurify.com. Our customer service team will help you solve the problem and replace the purchased items for free if necessary.
