Shipping rates are based on your order total.
What is your standard shipping time?
All orders placed by 1pm EST will ship within 48-72 hours, if the product is in stock. Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days. For an additional charge, we can provide express delivery, 2-day shipping, Saturday delivery, or overnight.
My package arrived damaged! What should I do?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If your box looks damaged upon delivery, take a photo of the box before opening. If you find that the product is damaged inside, contact us immediately
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Toggle CContact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. The quickest way to reach us is by phone or the chat function on the website.

What currency will I be charged in?
We will correspond to different currencies according to different countries to meet customers in various countries.
We only sell new products and take great pride in what we sell. Each product has a clear indication as to what type of material is used and we only use authentic fur, sheepskin and some faux fur. The materials used in a product will be clearly indicated on the product name and description.
You can use your paypal account to make payment, we also support you to pay by credit card.
How do I check the status of or track an order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking code, you can see “”Track Order”” at the bottom of our website, click “”Track Order””, enter the tracking code, and you can check the shipping status of your order.
